Neebal Technologies Social Networking application - Revolutionize your Workplace.

Café Neebal is a social networking site used to connect people having similar interest, likes and ideas. It is also used to share thoughts, opinions and data files. People can post ads similar to classifieds to buy/sell/rent their belongings. It provides a very easy to use interface and it makes communication amongst people living in the same community much more efficient and productive. It keeps everyone informed about their neighborhood, and helps everyone gain more information about each other, but still keeping everything secured from unwanted intrusions. It's a unique product where people can share, collaborate & advertise all at a single destination.
Why Social Networking?
Social Networking is going to make a deep and pervasive impact on the way organizations are managing themselves. Organizations like Piramal Healthcare and many other companies have today realized that finding effective ways to share knowledge is the key to the company’s ability to develop and unify common business unit strategies. Thus organizations are increasingly employing blogs, wikis, and other new tools to form ad hoc communities that transcend departmental, organizational and geographical boundaries in the workplace. These new communities are changing the very nature of work and blurring the lines of demarcation in the organization’s value chain.
How does Social Networking help organizations?
Managing a workforce is a complex and ever evolving process, and employers are continuously searching for the right solutions to help them address this challenge. An online social network and knowledge community can strengthen an organization’s ability to understand the ways in which different parts of the system interact. It is within these new and shifting social networks that organizations find their best ideas, along with the innovations and applications that determine success. Such applications would reduce the focus on traditional email and make work communication a more dynamic experience for employees. Neebal Technologies (Go to http://www.neebalit.com/ for more information) focuses on upgrading and integrating various aspects of their technology initiatives, including providing web solutions, such as wikis, blogs and social networking.
· Increases Productivity
Communicating beyond work Social networking allows organizations to be more productive by extending their brand and having better communication throughout the entire value chain. People can have regular conversations about not only direct work related problems but also about more general discussions on the direction of the industry or the company and other things which may otherwise seem to be totally off the topic. It co-creates an atmosphere in which people are more likely to remember things that they want to share with other people.
· Removes Barriers
“An online network also helps in removing any barriers to communication, something that an internal company’s face to face meeting might not be able to do. On the internet, people are freer to speak their mind and are not inhibited by the presence of their managers or superiors. Therefore the medium provides for more candid expressions of their mind.
· Impacts the way of Communication
An organization wise email making an important announcement may or may not draw the attention of people. But when social networks are leveraged for the purpose of communication, they will make a huge impact and communication will then be effective. When people share a connection that goes beyond work, it has a positive and healthy effect. Ideas flow without barriers and work always gets done. It’s definitely a great tool for everyone in the firm to know each other better.

Controlled Use?
Controlled usage of social networking is good for an organization. For example, blogs can be used to build awareness about corporate social responsibility. They can be used for creating technology user group forums. But using it across teams, there can be a possibility that project requirements are discussed with team members directly without involving project managers. This may result in team members accepting the requirements without checking the impact on project timelines and quality expectations. Hence, right use of such applications should be the top most priority of any organization.

Experienced GPhone(Google Phone)

Well we have got an Android developer Phone(GPhone) which we had ordered a month ago.Its amazing, the operating system is way ahead of Symbian,Windows and ofcourse a close competent to apple's iphone.

Since this is just a prototype developed by T-Mobile, it has a long way to go.Also as per the data coming out from all Mobile Companies it is going to be implemented in almost all phones except Nokia.Sony,Samsung,Motorola,HTC are betting big on this o.s.

Even Vodafone demonstrated G2(HTC Magic) which runs Android, which will be out in mid May in European countries.

So overall a gr8 phone with gr8 o.s. with amazing natural beauty and has a long way as its developed by google and implemented by all mobile phone maufacturers. Also netbooks are coming with Android o.s..Also medical instruments like the one used to check diabetes or many such devices would be working on Android.

We are starting to explore this o.s. and would be coming with its apps as soon as possible. Also as per my knowledge this is the o.s. which can give a gr8 competition to windows mobile 6,symbian,iphone.

If any idea on what applications we can built using sensors, accelerometer, gps please do suggest.

I will keep you updating on this.
